Exam Season: 5 Tips to Study Smarter with AI

As the final exam season approaches, here are some tips that can help you prepare, study, and review your notes. The tips below are based on Gemini and NotebookLM—all features are available in Arabic.
1- Create a podcast with NotebookLM: Visit the NotebookLM’s website, then upload the curriculum or any educational materials (whether videos, texts, or notes) to the tool and listen to an AI-generated audio summary with two speakers. You can customize what you want to focus on in the summary before generating it and change the language through the settings. This feature is now available in Arabic, including Modern Standard Arabic and Egyptian colloquial Arabic. More dialects will be added soon.
2. Study Guide and Mind Map with NotebookLM: The mind map will help you identify main and sub-topics. When you click on any part of it, the tool will summarize the key points for better understanding. You can also get a suggested study guide for a topic you want to prepare for before the exam.
3. Interactive Quizzes on Gemini: In the prompt box, describe the quiz you want (e.g., "I want a quiz about global warming")—it's best to customize the quiz according to the educational materials you're studying. Upload the material or curriculum you want to be tested on before the official exam, and Gemini will generate an interactive quiz for you. This feature is now available in Arabic and requires no subscription.
4. Upload and Summarize Notes on Gemini: You can take photos of handwritten notes and upload them to Gemini, then ask for a summary of the main points. If you have notes written in a second language, you can upload them and request the information to be translated into your desired language.
5. Get Help with Math Equations with Gemini: Upload a photo of the equation to Gemini and ask for a detailed explanation. You can also activate Gemini Live to chat in your own language. This feature is available on Android and iOS devices. It's easy to use! Simply, use the mobile app, tap the icon next to the microphone to activate Gemini Live, and then tap the camera icon to speak directly with Gemini and explain the equation in detail.
The Gemini app can be accessed via Google Play and App Store, or through the website: gemini.google.com. NotebookLM can be accessed via the website: notebooklm.google.com
We wish you a successful exam season!
